Be Still

Do we have any gardeners? Or wannabes like me?

This is my patio and each summer I throw seeds in this flower bed and hope for the best. My husband waters and weeds, and at the end of summer let's me take credit for it 😂

This summer it's become my little place of mental rest. I don't take my phone or devices out here. I just step outside for a bit, even 5 minutes! And I pause.

 I let my mind and heart rest. What do you do or where is your place of quiet?
